I was adoptedt if you didnt have a father, mother or had a bad upbringing, feel lost, have mental health or addiction problems  or are considering a spiritual path I believe in God,  you can speak to him just ask him.

If we lean not on our own understanding we can access peace and love that transends all knowedge guarding our hearts and mind along with counselling and all the health and wellness things we need to do to allow us to be as healthy and whole as possible in this crazy stressfull world we live in.
