I ran out of my mother Mary's womb ( not being born of the virgin birth ) was adopted at 3 weeks, felt pain, loss, loneliness, separation, anxiety, depression traced my biological Mother Mary in my 20s.

I managed to achieve alot in business,  ran 6 marathons, done quite afew comedy gigs, triathlon, football, worked with kids, am a big kid, determined not to grow up! had 4 cats, me and Zebadee pictured.

Through the losses and challenges I've had, late ADHD diagnosis as an adult I deveolped a  passion to help kids and adults be happier and improve your fitness and wellness. through exercise, therapy and laughter.
