I was adoptedt if you didnt have a father, mother or had a bad upbringing or considering a spiritual path you can speak to a good father in Heaven who will help to restore your heart and spirit. All you need to do is pray and ask him to come into your heart and start talking to him through his son Jesus. His support, peace, strength and love that transends all understanding will guard your heart, mind and provide deep inner healing.
